Prashant’s goal is to collaborate with you to assess, evaluate and overcome the obstacles that are getting in the way of your wellbeing. In a non-judgmental, anti-oppressive and supportive environment, you will feel comfortable in being who you are and expressing your concerns. 

 

Besides English, he can also speak fluent Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.

 

Prashant supports clients with life-transitions, mental health, anger issues, anxiety, self-esteem, coping, domestic issues , grief, career guidance, school issues, procrastination and stress management.

His practice includes elements borrowed from Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Narrative Therapy. During the counselling and treatment process, he works closely with you to set and achieve specific, manageable, realistic and timely goals.

Prashant’s approach respects your individual values and aspirations and will help you establish and choose a structure, tools and strategies that seem most effective in your healing journey. He looks forward to being an integral part of your road to wellbeing.
